In other words, why are some electric motors very quiet but others are so loud? Why can’t they make a quiet vacuum cleaner?

Hi, I have an electric car, which has a motor of 2ǏKw. It can operate at 24v,36v or 48v. It has 6 deep cycle batteries, each is 8V and has a 150AH rating. Can i use only 3 of them to power up the motor??:)
