Then they call u a week later to go pick up the car, they say the motor wasnt stolen but when u get their they arrest you with out any explanations what can u do about it?

or it’s just same as buying new or used car in store? Also, does it better buy in ebay motor than other used car sellers? so if seller is a dealershop, they may afford me to finance them just as when i buy a car in dealershop?
